We provide the data, uploaded once a week typically on Mondays. We have diferent data sets for you to pick from. You can mix and match however you want.
  • FHA for the new MIP reduction: Current FHA loan holders with origination dates endorsed between May 2013 and December 2014. Basic filters (can be adjusted by the client); 640+ FICO & 100K+ Minimum Mortgage Balance.
  • FHA Conversion / Streamline Data: Current FHA loan holders with origination dates endorsed between 2005-2012. Switch them out of FHA to conventional, and get rid of the PMI. Or Streamline them, depends on what works best for them. Basic filters (can be adjusted by the client); 640+ FICO & 100K+ Minimum Mortgage Balance.
  • VA (IRRL) Data: Current VA loan holders with origination dates endorsed prior to January 1st 2012. Basic filters(can be adjusted by the client); 640+ FICO & 100K+ Minimum Mortgage Balance.
  • Daily Trigger Data: Refinance & or Purchase; Clients who have had their credit pulled specifically for a Mortgage within the last 1-7 days. Basic filters are set at 640+ FICO & 100K+ Minimum Mortgage Balance.
  • Harp Data: Fannie/Freddie owned loans, origination dates endorsed prior to May 1st, 2009 so they qualify for the HARP 2.0 program. Basic filter (can be adjusted by the client); 640+ FICO & 100K+ Minimum Mortgage Balance.
  • Reverse Data: Homeowners who are 62+ years in age, 50% LTV or less with no current Reverse Mortgage (all filters can be adjusted by the client). We know that credit doesn't really matter when doing a Reverse Mortgage, but we've found that if the clients have, "Bad Credit" they're in need of money.
  • Internet Leads: Our internet leads come from various marketing, such as SEO, Pop Ups, Banners, Paper clicks web based News Letters.
  • Opt-In: All our internet data are consumers who have opted-in and have provided consent to contact them for market updates.
